In order to do more, we have to raise more.
This year our goal is to raise even more so we can bring back enrichment programs - like reading, math, science, technology and the arts - no longer funded by the state.
Last year, we raised $260,000 - over $100,000 MORE than we raised the year before, and that money is now funding...
If we raise $260,000, we can maintain the district-wide technology program we're implementing this year.
If we raise $320,000, we can fund four full-time teachers.
AND IF WE RAISE $400,000 WE CAN FUND 5 FULL-TIME TEACHERS!
Donate money, ask your friends and families to donate, ask your employer to contribute a matching donation. In order to support the programs our kids need to thrive in the 21st century classroom, MEF needs to raise $450 per child. All donations of any amount are important, and 100% participation is critical. Donating is easy, flexible and fully tax-deductible and can be done by either credit card or check. As an example, for $50/month you can make your full $450 donation over nine months.
